Announcing a belated good news: On August 4th, the five-day and four-night ASDAN Simulator Competition finally came to an end. After multiple rounds of operations and full English roadshows, the Company 34-St. GOAT formed by our students Wang Qiming Ricky, Kong Shengyi Max, Chen Xinyi Judy, Huang Shuofei Nicole, Zhou Yuetong Rachel, Lin Jiayu Cindy and the Company 30-St. Marine Oasis composed by Tu Xuancheng Oscar, Qiu Linxiang Tonny, Jiang Lu Miles,Pan Yuyang Patrick, Zeng Shangyou Silence, Liu Xincheng Michael, Wu Xinyun Rainbow, and Zhou Lijie Lizzy stood out among the 113 national elite teams and finally won the second and fourth place in the ASDAN Simulator National Championship. Both of our twoteams won the silver medals and achieved the best result in this event in Jiangxi Province so far. In addition, our school students also won the Best Employer Award, Best Product Award, and Best Deal Award.
The four-day competition was intensively advancing, and each round of Operation round and Roadshow were closely linked. Under the guidance of the instructors Luo Peiyao Sophia and Wang Ping Apple, the students have a deep understanding of the nature of business operations. Through specific operations and analysis, they have a thorough understanding of a company’s production costs, labor costs, market selection, and development of sales channels. The control of product quality and the timely adjustment of prices had been immersed in understanding.
Due to the large number of participating teams, the decision of a certain "company" will be affected by many factors, and the various uncertainties that may occur in the market are a great challenge for the students. A total of 7 rounds of operations put forward higher requirements on the students’ decision-making ability. The students gave full play to their data analysis skills, speculation and crisis handling capabilities, maximized the use of the report data purchased in each round, and discovered the relationship among various indexes， sales revenue and net assets, in order to obtain a larger market share and higher sales revenue in the market.
The roadshow task of the business championship competition is diverse and more demanding. From the Career Fair, to the presentation of the company’s AI products, to the creative production and release of the Tik Tok videos, the students fully demonstrated innovation ability, learning and practical ability, and public speaking ability in the multi-round roadshow competition. After a tense day of competition, students often needed to prepare for the next round of roadshows until very late at night, especially the third project was very difficult, time was tight and tasks were heavy, and in addition the students need to shoot a Tik Tok video, but our students insisted on completing the PPT until the last second. However，the high-intensity schedule did not affect our students to present the results of careful preparation to the judges and other participating teams the next day，just like the real entrepreneurial elites, were vigorous and unstoppable.

In the realistic international business environment of the simulated business competition, the students completed independently participated fully in operational decision-making, open recruitment, public speaking and other competition links, and their creativity, leadership, decision-making power, execution and influence were fully improved. It is believe that after the experience of this competition, the participating students can get more growth, and their success can encourage and inspire more other Teensen students to challenge and improve themselves.
